Troubleshoot

Trouble shooting Internet dropouts

1. Establish if it is just the WIFI that is dropping out or both cabled and nonen cabled connections.

2. The WIFI can be restarted at the same computer that runs the music.

3. If the cabled connections aren’t working you can restart the black Netgear modem that sits on top of the black server box, under the cable tray in the main office. It may take up to 5 minutes to reengage.
