The meeting room can be booked ahead for tenants and members. Feel free to step into the meeting room for a chat on the phone or a game of table tennis, but bear in mind that bookings of the room take precedence. Please remember to leave the meeting room neat and tidy for the next user by removing your glasses and coffee cups and cleaning the whiteboard. and blackboard.
The amount of free hours per month is dependant on your level of tenancy.
Office tenants are allocated 15 hours/month in the meeting room. Each additional hour costs 10 coins ($10 exGST)
Dedicated desk tenants are allocated 12 hours/month. Each additional hour costs 10 coins ($10 exGST)
Club members are entitled to a discount rate of 10 coins ($10 exGST) per hour.
How to use the room
Booking
We use the Office RnD portal to make bookings for the meeting room. Please log in to The Roller Portal and click the meeting room bookings tab on the left hand navigation bar. Choose time and date and book your time slot.
Monitor for Presentations
The 42” LCD Screen in the boardroom is available for use for presentations. There are two methods of connecting, HDMI and 15pin RGB. Select HDMI or RGB depending upon which cable is utilised.
It is up to all tenants to be aware of what their laptops connectivity is, whether they have a 15pin RGB, HDMI, USB-C or thunderbolt connection for example. We do supply some but not all adapters, so please check that you have all necessary cables before your presentation. There is a Jaycar outlet at 366-370 Botany Rd, Beaconsfield, a 3 minute walk nearby for you to purchase anything that you require.
The screen can also access the internet via the remote.
Whiteboard and Blackboard
There is also a whiteboard and blackboard for your use with a supply of markers and chalk. Please be considerate to the next guest by erasing your notes for the next guest.
